Mr Tan is one of the best tutor for this module. For the start of every lesson, he will draw out the mindmap for the topic covered during lecture, so that we can have a full understanding of the lesson. Following which, he covers the tutorial questions systematically with the use of the mindmap, hence he can finish the questions within 15-20 minutes. The mindmaps that was given in class proves to be very useful for the open-book examination, and it helps you to answer the questions systematically. Overall, this module gives you a good understanding of the laws governing commercial contracts.
